A huge fan of "Ugly Betty", supermodel Adriana Lima lands a guest spot on the ABC television series' third season. According to People, the Victoria's Secret angel will be featured on an episode which will be shot next week, playing as herself.

"Adriana has always been a huge fan of Ugly Betty and is thrilled for the opportunity to make a guest star appearance," her rep Liza Anderson said. Her character will appear in time of Mode's "sizzling hot issue" where she becomes the model. She will also work with titular character Betty Suarez (America Ferrera) on the cover story that discusses the use of fictional fruit called "tico berry" to boost one's sexiness.

The new season of "Ugly Betty" will begin on September 25. It will feature cameos by Lindsay Lohan who plays Betty's high school mate, Victoria Adams who once again portrays Wilhelmina Slater's (Vanessa Williams) 'friend', and talk

Lindsay Lohan has turned down the chance to bare her flesh in men's magazine Playboy. She was approached to do an eight-page topless Playboy spread for the magazine's 55th anniversary issue in January and offered a $700,000 payment. She, however, turned it down.

Lindsay, who recreated Marilyn Monroe's final nude photo-shoot for New York Magazine's February 25, 2008 issue, was persuaded to do a tribute to '60s sex kitten Ann-Margret and her film "Kitten with a Whip." Though the film is one of her favorites, there wasn't any nudity in it.

A representative for Lindsay said in a statement to Access Hollywood that the actress would "be happy to do the cover, but no nudity." The representative went on adding that Lindsay was "flattered" by the offer, but she doesn't feel the need to do raunchy photo shoot at the moment.

Being photographed kissing, it appears that Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson have finally come out of the closet, letting the public know that they indeed are a couple. The long-rumored lesbian lovers were photographed locking lips on the street in New York City on Friday, September 5.

It is reported that Lindsay and Samantha enjoyed a shopping trip in the Soho district that day before they later on were snapped kissing outside the Mercer Hotel. The DJ then was also seen visiting the actress during a shooting for a cameo in "Ugly Betty."

During a shooting break on set, both Lindsay and Samantha were seen enjoying each other's company. They sat on the floor and had a chit chat as Samantha was playing around with a digital camera.

Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan has turned down a reported $700,000 (GBP378,378) offer to pose nude for Playboy magazine.

The Mean Girls star was recently rumoured to be considering a topless spread in the saucy magazine's forthcoming 55th anniversary issue.

But now a representative for the star has confirmed that Lohan will definitely not be appearing in the publication.

The spokesperson tells New York Post gossip column PageSix, "If there's nudity, then the answer's no... She's not going down the magazine road again."

Earlier this year Lohan stripped off for a provocative shoot with New York Magazine - posing semi-naked in a tribute to Marilyn Monroe's final photoshoot.

Latest: Lindsay Lohan's father Michael is adamant his estranged daughter will attend her grandfather's burial - despite snubbing the funeral services last weekend (begs30Aug08).

The pair has been embroiled in a war of words since Michael Lohan criticised the actress' rumoured girlfriend Samantha Ronson - telling reporters the DJ was using the star to increase her public profile.

The Mean Girls star hit back at her dad, branding him a "bully" and a "public embarrassment".

The feud seemed to affect serious family issues, with the star skipping her paternal grandfather's wake to hang out with Ronson in New York.

Michael Lohan was left furious with her actions, blaming his ex-wife Dina, Lindsay's mother, for urging her children not to attend the service.

He told America's Ok! magazine, "Let's see if she has the decency and respect to bring my kids to the wake and funeral. This will show her true colours! Thus, not even a call. But that's par for the course with Dina! She didn't even send a card or visit when he was sick."

But now Lohan seems to have called a truce with his famous daughter, telling reporters she will in fact attend the final service later this week (begs01Sep08).

He tells E! Online, "She is going to be at the burial. All my kids will be there."

Lindsay Lohan returns to the big screen in "Labor Pains," a comedy in which she stars as a young woman who fakes a pregnancy to avoid being fired from her job. Need I really say more? Well, the trailer for the flick has arrived, and it doesn't necessarily look that good. Sure, the basic idea of this plot sounds funny, but what you'll see above is anything but hilarious.

I am more than willing to give Lohan a chance to make a big-screen comeback, but I highly suggest she starts looking around for something, well... more sophisticated, maybe? At this stage, I don't know if "Labor Pains" is going to do the trick. Looks pretty painful indeed. What do you guys think? Post your feedback below.

In the red corner: A lightweight movie trailer about a girl who fakes a pregnancy to keep her job, starring a woman who has done just about everything to jeopardize her jobs...Labor Pains!

And in the blue corner: A movie critic and writer who can't understand for the life of him why this trailer is generating even modest buzz, Colin Boyd!

Seriously, I saw the news of this trailer's existence on YouTube and it was like people had seen the second coming. Ok, maybe that's too dramatic. Think less the second coming of Christ and more the second coming of, oh, Christian Brando.

Still, it was a bit like somebody was coming back to life. But I gotta tell ya, I don't think that someone is Lindsay Lohan, or more specifically, her flatlining career. Labor Pains just does not look that special. It's a comedy steeped in formulaic traditions.

For those folks out there who've been dying to see a) Lindsay Lohan in a new movie and/or b) Lindsay Lohan fake a pregnancy in order to keep a job, then you simply must watch the new trailer for Labor Pains. (Too bad this sucker couldn't hit on Labor Day! Ha! Not funny.) We've told you about the flick before; in it, Lohan plays a secretary who's about to be fired when she suddenly decides to say she's pregnant in order to stay employed. Hilarity ensues when she needs to keep it up -- going so far as to create a fake belly and take on pregnant woman activities, such as lamaze class.

The trailer claims the film is still in post production, so one imagines this is just a little teaser to whet your appetite. Directed by Lara Shapiro, Lohan stars opposite Cheryl Hines, Chris Parnell and Luke Kirby.

Lindsay Lohan reportedly chose to skip her grandfather's funeral services this weekend (begs30Aug08) - opting instead to hit the shops with close pal and rumoured lover Samantha Ronson.

The Mean Girls star was photographed perusing stores with Ronson in New York City on Saturday, allegedly at the time of her grandfather's wake in Long Island, New York.

Her father Michael Lohan confirmed his daughter's absence to website X17Online.com later that evening.

Lohan's paternal grandfather Richard died last Thursday at the age of 73 following a long battle with colon cancer.

Michael Lohan subsequently released an official statement to America's Ok! magazine, using his father's passing to take a swipe at his ex-wife Dina.

The statement read: "Let's see if she has the decency and respect to bring my kids to the wake and funeral. This will show her true colours! Thus, not even a call. But that's par for the course with Dina! She didn't even send a card or visit when he was sick."

Lindsay Lohan spent her Labor Day weekend shopping the family drama pain away with her friends and joining Samantha for a Sunday night DJ gig in Atlantic City. Along with all the back and forth with her father last week, there was the sad news that his father, Lindsay's grandfather passed away. Shortly after, Lindsay blogged some more about Michael taking the time to mourn rather than talk about her and rumor has it that she skipped the wake outside the city this weekend. Actress Lindsay Lohan has slammed the U.S. media for focusing on the pregnancy of potential vice-president Sarah Palin's teenage daughter instead of more important political issues.

The Mean Girls star has responded to rampant media reports of 17-year-old Bristol Palin's pregnancy after the Alaskan Governor was chosen as Republican presidential candidate John McCain's running mate in the November election last week (ends29Aug08).

In a post on her MySpace.com blog, Lohan writes, "I've been watching the news all morning, like everyone else - and I keep hearing about the issues related to 'teen pregnancy' - it's all related to Sarah Palin and her 17-year-old unmarried pregnant daughter.

"I think the real problem comes from the fact that we are taking the focus off of getting to know Sarah Palin and her political views, and what she can do to make our country a less destructive place. It's distracting from the real issues, the real everyday problems that this country experiences.
