  • For the UK version, some changes were made to remove footage from the archive cinema clips that involved real cruelty to horses, as this contravenes the UK's Cinematograph Films (Animals) Act 1937.

  • The UK cinema version was pre-cut by the distributor to remove footage of horse cruelty, shown during archive cinema clips.

  • Parts of the ending showing archive footage of stunts in films were forced to be cut in England because of real cruelty to horses being forced to dive into water. The cuts were required in accordance with the Cinematograph (Animals) Act 1937.
