  • Revealing mistakes: When the little girl sucks Mac into the vacuum and gets flung around the room, the track that goes up the wall, across the ceiling, down the other wall and across the floor is visible for the entire scene.

  • Revealing mistakes: Obvious dummy when Debbie is being pulled across the ceiling and wall via the vacuum cleaner.

  • Crew or equipment visible: Obvious stunt double when Michael pulls Eric (wheelchair and all) into the moving van. In the cut, he is much larger, older and stronger.

  • Continuity: In the scene where Michael is trying to pull Eric and his wheelchair into the van while being chased, Michael is wearing sunglasses in one scene, and they are nowhere to be found before or after he pulls Eric into the van.

  • Crew or equipment visible: When Mac is being stretched while holding the chain link fence and then shot off into the air; strings are visible holding the puppet.

  • Crew or equipment visible: Cameraman reflected in glass screen at the army lab, near the start of the movie.

  • Continuity: When Debbie is putting Mac (in a teddy suit) into the back of the car, the window changes from halfway rolled up, to fully rolled up.
