JACK *** Robin Williams, who has the versatility as an actor to portray a wide range of characters, handles himself admirably as Jack, a 10-year-old boy "trapped" inside of a 40-year-old man's body - through some happenstance, he is born into an unusual aging process where he grows four times as quickly as normal humans. With the support from his ultra-nurturing parents (Brian Kerwin and Diane Lane), he manages to deal with his strange make-up; that is, until he decides to tackle public school for the first time for an enlightening journey. Williams does fine but the script lets him down.
