• Factual errors: A grenade thrown into a swimming pool will not produce a 30-high foot of flame when it explodes.
  
  
• Continuity: Early in the film Jack ignores a Stavros decoy because "Stavros is a lefty". Yet Stavros is shown firing guns and throwing grenades with both hands and he smokes with his right hand.
  
  
• Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): In his e-mail message Jack types "Stavro's".
  
  

• Continuity: When backing away from the tiger, Jack holds both his hands up in a defensive stance. In the next shot, when filmed from behind, he has a stick in his right hand. After that the stick is gone, his arms are up again.
  
  
• Continuity: When Quinn places the skin from his thumb on the eraser while planning his escape, there is already blood on the eraser- probably from a previous take.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: Stavros steps on the mine with his right foot but steps off with his left.
  
  
• Factual errors: Lasers don't work so well in water. It is impossible to cut something with a laser in water.
  
  
• Audio/visual unsynchronized: In the gun shop after the explosion of the pin-bomb, accidentally triggered by Quinn, Yaz says "But no checks. And my rule is: you break it, you bought it," but his lips don't move.
