First of all, I am a BIG Judge Mathis fan. I record the show everyday and watch it in the evenings, if time permits, or the next morning before I'm off to work. I do have one concern -- I have seen him accept, on more than one occasion, the use of e-mails for evidence. Do the producers of the show realize that e-mails can be ALTERED by the plaintiff or defendant for their burden of proof? I'm just wondering, because I have seen a couple of cases in the past where that evidence has helped sway the judge's decision. Please let me know if I am missing something here. Finally, I have found the show to be funny, entertaining (you couldn't write a script like that,) and educational as far as my knowledge of the law. Keep up the good work and I look forward to future season shows!
