According to Jerry Seinfeld, while having lunch at Steven Spielberg's house, he first mentioned the idea for the movie as a joke, but Spielberg loved the idea.

Goofs:

Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): When Ken confronts Barry in the bathroom, he rolls up a magazine. Barry asks what type of magazine it is, and Ken replies, "Italian Vogue". But it clearly says Paris on the front.

Was Just Okay And Nothing More Than That

Bee Movie was just a cute little film.I would have to say that it was kind of stupid.I actually expected it to be worse than what it turned out to be!The parts in this movie that were meant to be funny were actually not funny at all,but I still thought it was an interesting movie.Revolving this movie around an insect such as a bee was taking a huge chance,because most people would have thought the story line was completely ridiculous, which it was.I would have to say that kids would highly enjoy this film,but of course.I don't think this film should ever be called absolutely great,or even really good at that matter.It was okay,and that's all it's ever going to be to me.
