• Continuity: In the opening scene Meatwad is seen holding a guitar right-handed. Then the viewpoint shifts and he is seen holding it left-handed. Finally returning to right-handed when the view shifts again.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: After Meatwad and Shake get kicked off the computer by Frylock to find instructions to the Insane-O-Flex, the computer monitor shakes but the logo on the monitor stays still.
  
  
• Continuity: After chicken bittle is eaten by a Lion, the Aqua Teens land in Africa, wearing parachutes. When the scene cuts to a shot of the African people, then back to the aqua teens, the parachutes have disappeared.
  
  

• Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): When Frylock tells Master Shake to read his shirt, he says "Girl Quest 2005", however the shirt reads Girl Quest 2007.
  
  
• Continuity: Carl flips sides on the Insanoflex between its departure, the city scenes, and the Steel Python.
  
  
• Miscellaneous: As Frylock watches the Insanoflex destroy New Jersey, saying "Wait a minute, this gives me an idea," after Meatwad has turned into an office building, the flames on the building to the left through the ferris wheel disappear briefly before the shot changes.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: When the Cybernetic Ghost states "I... Then there's no way to stop it!", as he turns his head to his left, his left neck piece doesn't reach his head, leaving a hole, unlike the right side.
  
  
• Continuity: Carl's necklace disappears during Shake's performance of "Nude Love", and after the Insanoflex destroys itself.
  
  

• Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): SPOILER: After the impostor Aqua Teens leave Dr. Weird's loft, he says "No one must ever assemble the Insane-O-Flex!" Yet at the end of the movie, it is revealed that Dr. Weird actually meant for the Insane-O-Flex to assembled so he could use the victim's muscles.
