CBS and Fox continued to draw solid ratings for previous hits on Wednesday night, while ABC and NBC continued to flounder with new series and struggling returnees. Fox's Bones was the top-rated show in the 8:00 p.m. hour, averaging 10.3 million viewers -- twice the number who tuned in to ABC's Pushing Daisies in the same time period. CBS took the lead at 9:00 p.m. with Criminal Minds averaging 15.9 million viewers, while viewers deserted Fox, as 'Til Death attracted just $3.97 million. CBS retained the lead at 10:00 p.m. with CSI: NY counting 15.8 million viewers. ABC was far behind in second place, as its Dirty Sexy Money tallied 5.9 million viewers. NBC's Lipstick Jungle placed third with 4.7 million.

It's hardly a secret that Warner Bros. is looking to put Green Lantern into the skies next year. Numerous reports have indicated the studio's interest in developing the DC super-hero project, including Production Weekly's acknowledgment of the project as in "active development" and numerous reviews confirming that a script exists. In fact, the buzz across the net and at the DC offices is that the script is just "fantastic."
With Hal Jordan set to slip that ring on in the near future, it's no wonder that casting speculation has taken the internet by storm. Many fans champion Nathan Fillion of Firefly fame. David Boreanaz (Angel, Bones) was considered a frontrunner for the role due to illustrator Brian Murray's official concept art using the actor as a model. Although the Boreanaz casting has been debunked by numerous sources since, speculation continues.
Latino Review is the latest to join the fun with a new report.

We also saw Angela and Hodgins try to resolve their issues in the lab following their break-up.
Tonight, Bones returns with another new fourth season episode airing tonight at 8pm on Fox.
Spoiler Fix reports that on tonight’s episode of Bones, the team will set out to work on skeletal remains found in the Chesapeake Bay. Now that Warner Bros. has abandoned (for now) their superhero team-up project Jla, they're back to looking for superhero solo-acts to make movies out of. One of the projects they're prepping is Green Lantern, and the guys over at Mh think they may know who they'll be casting as the titular Lantern. It looks like Angel, Buffy, and now Bones star David Boreanaz may be up for the part. It seems storyboard artist Brian Murray (see his work here) has been hired to work on the Green Lantern movie, and he got the job based on some Green Lantern concept art he did using Boreanaz and Carla Gugino as models. Mh thinks this may mean that the WB has Boreanaz on the brain. If that's the direction they're going, it's great casting. In fact, he's already played the character, voicing him in a carton. Unfortunately Boreanaz isn't exactly a big

With the Comic Con now out of the way, the fans are feasting on a bunch of juicy tidbits on what's to come in the fourth season of Bones, which hits television screens on September 3rd at 8pm on Fox.
However, the really intriguing point raised by creator Hart Hanson was the fact that "Booth and Brennan will be in bed together naked." While fans are still ogling at the image it created in their minds, we have some more hints on what's to come in season four.
We recently reported that there may be a lesbian romance in the horizon for Angela Montenegro (Michaela Conlin) and her former lover named Roxy, who is set to steal the limelight early in the season. Emmy's winners for acting are chosen in a three-tier system by actors who belong to the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. During the first two weeks of June, they participate in a popular vote that determines a Top 10 runoff in each race. Finalists submit a sample episode of their best work to judges, whose scores are combined by accountants in a 50-50 mix with results of the original popular vote. The five nominees in each category are then announced July 17. Winners are decided based on judges' scores of the sample episodes and are revealed at the awards ceremony to
