Sex & Nudity

one of the main themes of this movie is 3 kids trying to lose thier virginity before they get to college

Profanity

Around 175-190 uses of "Fuck", plus 70 uses of "Shit", as well as constant terms for male and female genitalia. Add them all up, and the count ends at nearly 370.

One scene showing people using cocaine, and, 2 instances in which marijuana is seen being used in the background. The central theme of the movie revolves around alcohol, and, many scenes show both teens and adults getting intoxicated.
