No. Made of Honor is based on a screenplay by American screenwriters Adam Sztykiel, Deborah Kaplan, and Harry Elfont.

Its a pun. Hannah asks Tom, her long-time friend and unrequited love, to be the maid of honor at her wedding to Colin, but Tom realizes that he is in love with Hannah and, supposedly, does the honorable thing by marrying her himself. Therefore, he is made of honor.

No, although there are similarities. Both movies have to do with weddings, and the stories both revolve around "best friends" of the opposite sex. However, the screenplays were written by different writers, the premises of the best friends' relationships are different, and the endings are not the same.

How does the movie end?

Hannah marries Tom on the roof of some building. Then it shows them in bed with the lights off. Tom switches the lights back on and says something like "Just checking it's the right girl this time" - referring to when they first met.
